how it all works
01. Select Your Brand
First, select which brand is the best fit for your business, and purchase directly from the website. With your purchase, you will receive a welcome PDF with all important information. This will include a customization form questionnaire.
02. Planning
We will schedule a 30 min kick off call to go over your selected brand and questionnaire. This is a great time for you to ask any questions. During this call, you'll also select the week that I will customize your brand.
03. Customization
Next, the fun part begins - customization! I take all the prep work into account in order to customize your brand from colors, fonts, to logo adjustments, patterns, illustrations, etc. Included is 1 round of revisions - any additional revisions will be tracked hourly.
04 Pop the bubbly & Launch
Lastly, the brand is finalized and all final files are prepared for you in the file types of your choice! Also included is a brand style guide that will help help you maintain brand consistency when showing up in your business
During the customization process, I'll change out your business name, tagline and established year. I will also design a monogram, curate a custom color palette, make any adjustments to the web font selections and design an additional element such as pattern, texture, or illustration. I also will source stock imagery for you if needed!
Once you've been onboarded, the process takes about 2 weeks from start to finish (sometimes sooner). To begin, you will submit the customization questionnaire and we connect on Pinterest. Next I will customize the brand, provide a preview of the brand, and we will work through one round of revisions to the design if needed.
You will receive one full round of revisions which usually consists of adjustments to the color palette or small tweaks to the logo. Additional revisions that exceed one round will be billed at an hourly rate.
Minor font adjustments to the logo can be made if it is in line with the overall brand personality. If you are looking for something more custom, consider one of my custom design services! :)
At the end of the process, I will provide a Dropbox folder link that includes all logos, icons, and additional design element in the following file types: .png, .jpg, .svg, .eps exported in each of your brand colors. You will also receive a customized brand style guide with color and font information and any sourced stock imagery.
With your final files, you will receive a customized brand style guide. This is a PDF instructional help document that includes all the information included in your new brand from logo application, sizing, color values, and font links. This will help guide you when applying your brand across platforms from online to print and in person!
Just because you purchase a pre-made brand does not mean it will look identical to someone else's. I take steps to ensure you will have completely unique elements that set your brand apart. I will customize the logo typeface and monogram to your business name and curate handcrafted assets such as a texture, pattern, or illustration.
You are responsible for purchasing any premium fonts that require additional licensing as it is illegal for me to send them to you. I will guide you in purchasing any premium fonts, and do keep them at an affordable price (most fonts I recommend range from $20-30 to use on your website and social media.
These are pre-designed brands customized just for you! Each has a particular style and personality to accommodate a variety of businesses. You'll select the design, and I customize it to fit your business!
