I have had the privilege to work with Maggie of Maggie Mae Photography since 2018 on her custom design needs. She has a true talent for portrait photography. So needless to say, I was thrilled to complete a brand new custom Showit website design for her!

What started as a small refresh on a couple of pages turned into a full website overhaul. Reassessing and modifying plans as you go is an important aspect of growing your business. Never be afraid to adapt to the ebbs and flows that come your way!

I admire Maggie at her willingness to do this so well. Since working with her on her custom brand design and original website, she has always been looking and moving forward.

The main objective of Maggie Mae’s custom website project was to update and simplify her current site. Because Maggie shoots many styles of photography, we spent time discussing the best way to set up her site navigation. Including a call to action area on the homepage allows visitors to find out more about the session they are interested in.

Also on the home page is a full-width slider gallery with important information above the fold. The rest of this page has auto-advancing client reviews, additional information, an updated contact form, and footer.

Incorporating new content with a modern approach offers a subtle, yet powerful update. Below, I have highlighted some of my favorite noteworthy upgrades included on Maggie’s website.
