The Customization Process – How it all works
First, select which brand is the best fit for your business, and purchase directly from the website. With your purchase, you will receive a welcome PDF with important information to get the process started. This includes a customization form questionnaire.
Next, we will schedule a 30-minute kickoff call to go over your selected brand and questionnaire. This is a great time for you to ask questions and discuss any preferences.
Then, the fun part begins – customization! I take all the prep work into account to customize your brand from colors, and fonts, to logo adjustments, patterns, illustrations, etc. Included is 1 round of revisions – any additional revisions will be tracked hourly.
Lastly, the brand is finalized and all final files are prepared for you in the file types of your choice! Also included is a brand style guide that will help you maintain brand consistency when showing up in your business.
